105 Anatolika Residence

A booking site for a Cycladic hideaway

105 Anatolika Residence cover

Overview

105 Anatolika Residence is a two-bedroom island home above the village of Batsi on Andros, Greece, accommodating up to six guests with a spacious shaded terrace and sweeping views of the Aegean Sea. We designed and built a booking website that lets that view, and the calm of the residence, do the selling.

Challenge

The challenge

A holiday rental competes for attention with dozens of near-identical listings. The residence needed a site that felt like the actual stay, quiet, sun-drenched, sea-facing, and that made requesting a booking effortless.

Approach

Our approach

A warm, editorial layout built around the terrace view: a full-bleed hero, clear at-a-glance details (bedrooms, guests, terrace, sea view), an ingredient-led 'about the residence' section, and dedicated gallery, amenities and location pages, all leading to a simple booking request flow.

Outcome

The result

A calm, fast booking site that mirrors the feeling of staying at the residence. Guests can browse the gallery, check amenities and location, and request a stay directly, with seasonal offers highlighted on arrival.
