Overview
George Adamos is a food and travel photographer based in Athens, Greece, shooting lands and food, humans and their stories. We designed and built a dark, atmospheric portfolio that lets his documentary imagery lead, with a story-driven case-study format and an easy way to publish new work and press coverage.

Challenge
The challenge
A photographer's site lives or dies on how the images feel. George needed a portfolio that carried the mood of his work, the last light of the day, a pot boiling, the smoke of a fire, without the interface competing with the frame.
Approach
Our approach
We built a full-bleed, near-black interface with restrained monospace-inflected typography so the photography stays center stage. Each project opens into a long-form visual story, and a lightweight CMS lets George publish new portfolio pieces and media coverage himself.
Outcome
The result
A fast, immersive website that reads like a photo essay. George now updates his portfolio and press features independently, and the site has become the anchor for his editorial and commissioned work.
